Our product of uniquely blended Mediterranean Spices and Local Harvest has placed us on the Preferred Vendors list at all Premier Vineyard Wedding Venues.
As executive chef, Michael Vignapiano brings twenty-five years of experience as a Chef/Pastry Chef, Instructor of Culinary Arts, and Culinary Competitor in both New York and Italy to Fresh Flavors. His passion for "old world" cooking is evident in his menus for the "new world" palate.
Renee Belgrado, Chef de Cuisine/Pastry Chef, is a graduate of The Culinary Academy of Long Island for Pastry Arts. She won her first competition in "A Study in Chocolate." Renee holds the Silver Medal at the American Culinary Federation Regional Competition for the "Wedding Cake" Category.
Amy Joudeh, Sous Chef, joins us in May, 2012. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of American. Amy brings a decade of experience in creating organic, vegan, gluten and dairy free entrées to our selections.
