Our product of uniquely blended Mediterranean Spices and Local Harvest has placed us on the Preferred Vendors list at all Premier Vineyard Wedding Venues.
Renee Belgrado, Executive Chef/Pastry Chef, is a graduate of The Culinary Academy of Long Island for Pastry Arts. She won her first competition in "A Study in Chocolate." Renee holds the Silver Medal at the American Culinary Federation Regional Competition for the "Wedding Cake" Category.
Fresh welcomes Frank Castellano, Chef de Cusine. Frank brings the experience of formal dinning elegance from La Grenouille, Frauneces Traven, and Shelter Island Yacht Club to the new demands of a mostly Long Island farm to table menu.
Amy Joudeh, Sous Chef, joins us in May, 2012. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of American. Amy brings a decade of experience in creating organic, vegan, gluten and dairy free entrées to our selections.
Fresh's staff is comprised of local professionals who have worked as a team for over 10 years.
