"Dear Cher, As everyone had predicted, my wedding day was just about the best day of my life. I loved every second of it from walking down the aisle to throwing my bouquet at the end. And, the fun does not seem to have ended as we are now receiving the loveliest messages from everyone. It seems that everyone enjoyed the day immensely but the biggest compliment we are getting is for the food and service. The canapes were a true hit - both for being absolutely delicious and for being available in abundance. The farm table by all accounts was fantastic too (sadly I wasn't quite able to get there despite my best attempts as every step met new guests wanting to say hello!). And as for dinner, it is just about all anyone will talk about (particularly my parents!)! The ravioli was sensational and the duck was one of the best prepared duck breasts any of us have ever had (and there have been a few!). My dad is in awe that you could serve such exceptional food to such a large crowd, and to do so so effortlessly. So am I.
From the very beginning you have been such a tremendous rock for me in all of my wedding planning. I am so pleased that I followed Mariel's recommendation in contacting you and I am so pleased I followed all of your suggestions along the way. You made the whole process not just manageable but enjoyable too. And on the day, the support continued. Your staff did such a fantastic job. One of your servers went out of his way to ensure that I had a variety of canapes (essential when you can't move for guests wanting to speak to you) and the lovely lady who served us at our table was so professional - polite, friendly and efficient. And as for the bar staff, from friends I met on Sunday morning I could see that they had done a pretty efficient job too! I am also aware that my dad wanted to bring forward his speech from the scheduled time and I am sure that meant having to rush to pour the sparkling wine early for toasts. If there was any chaos caused by this change, I was not aware of it and I thank you and your team for being so accommodating and handling a change so smoothly.

"OMG! I cannot tell you how AMAZING you and your staff and food were! You guys made our wedding all that more PERFECT! I have to tell you how many people were amazed at how on the ball your staff was! My dad said he went over and got a drink and when he went for the 2nd drink the bar tender already had his drink ready for him by the time he got there- the guy saw him coming. When John and I decided where we were going to sit- before we even sat down, there were our glasses of Martinellis on the table in front of us- I didn't even see anyone put them down. The food was DELICIOUS! James was SO professional and SO lovely to be around. It was an INCREDIBLE day and night and you and your staff and the food made it all that much more incredible. "I can't begin to tell you how many people have told us that they loved everything about Fresh Flavors! My brothers loved the steak, the fish, and flipped over the figs! Joe is still talking about the iced tea and the entire cocktail hour. Our friends couldn't get over the staff....they all said that they were ultra attentive without ever being annoying. The bar was unbelieveable; nobody had to wait for anything and everyone had their favorite beverages. The cake, well you know how much I loved the cake! It was gorgeous and the most delicious wedding cake any of us have ever tasted. Joe and I were talking about it all tonight and he said if we ever need catering in the future he wants you guys, period! I never could have imagined a better wedding day for us and we owe so much of that to you, Michael, Cher, and Renee!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I've never heard so many raves over broccoli rabe, squash and faro pilaf. Amazing!"
